ULTRASORT·HYSPEC combines laser line-scan camera with hyperspectral sensor to deliver ultra-high-speed, multimodal recognition using AI and spectral imaging. It simultaneously identifies shape, color, and over 260 material types, significantly expanding sorting range and accuracy to meet high-throughput, high-purity sorting demands. Powered by a neural network framework, the system supports self-learning from incoming materials and enables one-click upgrades via the cloud. Ideal for large-scale PET flake plants, chemical fiber factories for bottle brick quality control, as well as comprehensive or specialized green sorting centers.
