ULTRASORT·FLUO

ULTRASORT·FLUO combines a laser line-scan camera with a fluorescence sensor, utilizing “AI + fluorescence recognition” multimodal identification technology to sort and remove contaminants at ultra-high speeds. It targets fluorescent bottles, aged/discolored bottles, oil containers, multicolored bottles, and bottles with residual labels—all of which are difficult to detect with the naked eye. Powered by a neural network framework, the system supports self-learning based on incoming material characteristics and allows one-click cloud-based intelligent upgrades. Ideal for large PET flake plants and chemical fiber factories engaged in bottle brick quality control.
