Project Overview
Facility Area: 3,000 m²
Designed Capacity: 30-60 tons/day
Target Products: Brown PET flakes
Customer Pain Points
Low sorting efficiency.
Both the front-end and back-end processes require 8 manual sorting workers. The sorting speed is relatively slow, resulting in low overall throughput.
Low sorting purity.
Downstream PET flake factories have strict quality requirements for bottle flake precision. When relying on manual sorting, it's difficult to maintain high sorting quality under high-capacity operations.
High labor costs.
The station is currently sorting mixed-color bottles and plans to add 3A bottle sorting. With limited labor availability, the cost of recruiting and training skilled workers is high.
Project Outcomes
60% More Product Categories
35% Higher Profit
50% Lower Labor Cost
Dongguan Medium-size Plastic Baling Station Brown Flat Bottle Sorting
"Flake production facilities have extremely high purity requirements, yet the mixed-color bottle bales we receive are challenging to sort manually. JUSTRA's BOTTLESORT is one of the few machines on the market that can thoroughly separate mixed-color flat bottles—and it’s versatile enough to handle both front-end unloading and back-end sorting, making operations effortless."
