Customer Pain Points
Low sorting efficiency.
The front-end input at the baling station consists of unsorted mixed materials. With only three elderly workers handling manual sorting, the process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in low overall efficiency.
Frequent production bottlenecks.
Due to limited manpower, the same workers are responsible for both unloading at the front end and sorting at the back end. This dual workload restricts the daily processing capacity and often leads to production bottlenecks.
Limited market competitiveness.
Relying solely on manual sorting slows down the operation. Drivers are forced to wait in line for unloading, which weakens the station’s competitiveness in the market.
Long training cycle for skilled workers.
New baling stations face hiring difficulties. It takes a long time to train qualified workers, which increases both labor and management costs.
